Welcome to FlowArch, a studio built on craft
For more than ten years our architects, engineers and interior designers have shaped homes, workplaces and public spaces – always starting by listening.

Working with FlowArch felt like a true partnership. They questioned our brief, protected our budget and gave us a home that is calmer and brighter than anything we imagined. Every detail was thought through, and the team stayed with us until the very last light was hung.

Frequently asked questions
How do we start a project with FlowArch?
Send us a short note about your site, your plans and your budget, or simply call the studio. We visit the site, listen to how you want to live or work, and come back within two weeks with a fee proposal, a first timeline and a few sketches of what the project could become – free of charge and without obligation.
Do you work outside your home city?
Yes – about a third of our projects are abroad. We team up with a local architect of record where the law requires it and visit the site at every key stage.
What does an architect actually cost?
Our fees are fixed per stage and agreed before we start, usually between 8 and 12 percent of the construction cost for a new home. You never pay for hours you did not approve.
Who will I work with day to day?
One project architect leads your project from the first sketch to the handover and is your single point of contact, backed by our engineers and interior designers.
Do you only design new buildings?
No. Renovations, extensions and new uses for old buildings are a growing part of our work – giving an existing building a second life is often the most sustainable choice.
Can you take care of the interior too?
Of course. Our interior team designs joinery, lighting and furniture alongside the architecture, so the inside and the outside are planned as one.
